General Conference Registration includes plenary sessions, workshops, 2 banquets and 2 lunches.

You will have the option to register for additional participants at the end of this form.

*The one-day registration fee for Thursday, April 6, 2017 does not include the Thursday evening buffet. If you would like to attend, please add Thursday Evening Banquet in the options above.

Terms & Agreements

Cancellations prior to February 1, 2017 will have a $50 processing fee taken from the refund. Cancellations from February 1, 2017 until the conference are non-refundable.
